If you experience buffering while using a VPN, try connecting to a server that is geographically close to you, or temporarily disable the VPN to confirm whether it is the cause. A VPN is not required to access Krooz TV — our servers are globally distributed and accessible worldwide without one.
Yes. The majority of premium sports channels on Krooz TV — including major football, NFL, NBA, Champions League, and F1 — are available in Full HD (1080p). An increasing number of events are available in 4K UHD where the original broadcast is transmitted in 4K. Resolution is always the highest available from the source broadcast.
Yes. Krooz TV works on 4G and 5G mobile data as well as Wi-Fi. For HD streaming on mobile data, a stable 4G connection or stronger is recommended. Be mindful of your mobile data allowance — HD streaming uses approximately 1–3 GB per hour, and 4K can use 5–7 GB per hour.

Both are formats for connecting your IPTV player to the Krooz TV service. M3U is a playlist file URL — paste it directly into your player's "Add Playlist via URL" field. Xtream Codes is a login system (server URL + username + password) that gives the player more advanced features like VOD browsing, series navigation, and EPG.
