What You Need to Get Started

Make sure you have these three things ready before following any device guide below.

📶

A Stable Internet Connection

A minimum of 20 Mbps is required for smooth HD streaming. We recommend 30–50 Mbps for 4K content. A wired Ethernet connection always outperforms Wi-Fi.

Enable Apps from Unknown Sources

On your Firestick, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Toggle Apps from Unknown Sources to ON. This allows you to install apps outside of the Amazon App Store.

On newer Fire TV models this setting is under Settings → Preferences → Privacy Settings → App Installs from Unknown Sources.
2

Install the Downloader App

Use the search bar on your Firestick home screen to find and install the free Downloader app by AFTVnews. This is a one-time step — you only need to install it once.

Setup FAQ

Common Setup Questions

Quick answers to the most frequent setup questions we receive.

Within minutes of your payment you'll receive an email with your M3U playlist URL and your Xtream Codes login details (server URL, username, and password). These are the only credentials you need to set up Krooz TV on any device listed in this guide.
Most setups take 3–5 minutes from start to finish. The Firestick and Android guides are the fastest — typically under 3 minutes once you have your credentials. MAG Box setup takes slightly longer as it requires a portal registration step.
Absolutely. Our support team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp and Telegram. Send us a message and we'll walk you through the setup in real time — on any device, at any hour. Most setup issues are resolved in under 10 minutes.
We recommend TiviMate for Firestick and Android devices, IPTV Smarters Pro for cross-platform use, and GSE Smart IPTV for Apple TV, iPhone, and iPad. All three work perfectly with Krooz TV's Xtream Codes API and M3U playlists. VLC is the best no-install option for PC and Mac.
First, double-check that you entered your credentials exactly as shown in your welcome email (no extra spaces). Next, test your internet speed — you need at least 20 Mbps. If both are correct and channels still won't load, contact us on WhatsApp and our team will diagnose and resolve the issue immediately.
Yes. Every Krooz TV subscription supports up to 4 simultaneous device connections. You can install the service on as many devices as you like — only 4 can stream at the same time. This means the whole family can watch different content on different devices without any extra cost.
Krooz TV works with most VPNs. If you experience buffering while using a VPN, try switching to a server closer to your physical location or temporarily disabling the VPN to confirm whether it is the source of the issue. Our servers are globally distributed, so a VPN is not required for access.
